Maximum Mileage Reimbursement:

  1. State Mileage rate ($0.55 per mile) for one car.
  2. By prior agreement between officials and school authorities, state mileage rate per car, maximum two cars, from the same chapter or different chapters could be paid.
  3. By prior agreement between officials and school authorities, airfare may be substituted for mileage fee.

Other Allowable Expenses:

  1. Meals: Payable for games over 200 miles from the official's residence and according to the school's per diem policy.
