The Following Students were awarded a $500 Scholarship from the Beaumont Chapter based on merit. One scholarship is funded from chapter members' dues, and since 2003 a second scholarship is funded from Scrimmage Fees. Also in 2003 and 2005-2007, a third scholarship was made available through a generous donation from the Bob and Karen Wortham Foundation.
2008 - No chapter applicants. Scholarship monies contributed to the John Payton Scholarship Fund at Lamar University.

Children and grandchildren of active members are eligible for one of the two $500 scholarship awards given each season by the Beaumont Chapter. $5 of your local dues funds one scholarship, and a portion of the chapter Scrimmage Fees supports the second scholarship.
