NON-VOTING MEMBERS of the CHAPTER BOARD of DIRECTORS
The Sub-Varsity Assignors are appointed to
those positions by
the Secretary of the Chapter. They are non-voting members of the Board of
Directors unless they are otherwise elected to other positions on the board. The Sub-Varsity Assignors are charged with making all assignments in
their respective geographical areas for Junior High through Junior Varsity
games. The Sergeant-at-Arms is appointed to that non-voting position
on the Board of Directors by the President of the Chapter.

Orange County
Orange County consists of all schools in Orange County. Additionally,
the Orange County assignor schedules Sub-Varsity officials for Evadale and Burkeville.
Rusty McRight will begin assigning
Orange County officials in the 2011 football season. Rusty is very
active in youth league baseball in Orange County and has
been officiating football in the Southeast Texas Chapter since 2009.

North County
North County consists of the Beaumont schools. Additionally, the North
County assignor schedules Sub-Varsity officials for Lumberton, Warren, Colmesneil, Chester,
Hull-Daisetta,
Hardin-Jefferson, West Hardin, Hardin, and Buna.
Thomas
C. Welch has will continue working weekly sub-varsity
changes in the North
County assignor area for the 2011 season. T.C. is a Crew Chief in
the Beaumont Chapter. T.C is retired and lives in Lumberton.

South County
South County consists of the schools in Nederland, Port Arthur, Port
Neches and Groves. Additionally, the South County assignor schedules
Sub-Varsity officials for Sabine Pass, High Island, East Chambers,
Hamshire-Fannett, and Anahuac.
Tony
Hollier is the South County officials assignor for the 2011 season. Tony has been officiating football since
1997. Tony works as an electrician at Motiva and lives in Port
Neches.

WEB MASTER
In 2009 the chapter board of directors approved
the new position of WebMaster as a non-voting member of the board.
Geoffrey W. Kret stepped down from the Chapter
Secretary-Treasurer position in November 2007.
Geoff is in his 33rd year of football officiating with
the SouthEast Texas Chapter. Geoff is a Mechanical
Engineer, working as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at the TOTAL
Petrochemicals Complex in Port Arthur. Geoff is married
with grown children, and lives in Pinewood in Hardin County.
